Refurbished or Reconditioned - WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

The answer will vary from dealer to dealer, until you visit SEBRING CUSTOM CARTS.  We give you the next best way to owning a new golf cart.  REBUILT.  Sebring Custom Carts wants its customers to have the peace of mind when buying a used golf cart - that is why we are a total golf car rebuilder.

What you receive from our rebuilt golf car package is as follows:

First thing that we do is purchase the newest off lease as possible; these are generally three years old.  As the process begins we remove the body and exterior components.  Then a thorough cleaning takes place and an inspection of all components.
The power drive assembly is inspected and repaired/replaced as necessary.  The brakes are replaced along with new pedal pads and bushings.  Side bumper moldings removed and replaced with new ones.   The suspension is checked for wear and any components showing excessive wear are replaced.  Each rebuilt car receives six new batteries and cables.

The next step is a brand new gel-coated body, not the old body repainted.  Bodies are kept in stock so you can choose the color you like best.  We then, install new head lamps and tail lights in a factory built harness.  Each rebuilt receives new tires and rims and the alignment is adjusted.  A new windshield is installed along with all black framework repainted.

All of our golf cars come complete with a charger and is thoroughly inspected and test driven before delivery upon completion.

Sebring Custom Carts warrants our golf cars that go thru the rebuilt process with a 60 day warranty on material and workmanship.  Batteries are warranted for 12 months.

When you view our rebuilt cars they will look better than new and drive like new.  Stop by and look us over and take one of our rebuilt cars for a test drive, ask questions, we will take the time to answer all of your questions.  We will work with you on an individual basis, helping you design your own personalized rebuilt golf car with the body color and any options that you would like to add.
